Looks like we have done what we planned not to do and that is buy a property. We signed up for a 12 month rental on this house we are in and love it to bits but the owners dont want to sell it or we would have bought this one, now we need to find new tennants for it, we plan to be moving out at the end July 2009 so the rental left on it is 8 months.........anyone interested? Beautiful 4 bed 2 bath with lovely views over to the Mount and the bay.
