Located in Manukau Heights - just off Southern Motorway - about 45 minutes commute rush hour /20 minutes off peak to Auckland CBD

I am looking for something in this area. Moving to Auckland on Monday but need to find something from the beginning of July, for me, OH and 3 children.

this the premium to pay on a new insulated,warm,doubled glazed house unfortunately.
any idea what youir budget is - some other forum members may be able to help or pm me if you want me to ask how low he will go- be cheeky you never know ;)
