OK, it would take too long to explain but I need to know how long the the PR is good for after approval. In other words, if we get PR what is the time frame for going over?
I know that I read it somewhere but can't put my hands on it – wasn't it that you (as in everyone listed in the ITA) need to get your feet on NZ ground within a year and spend 18 months out of the first 24 there? My husband and I just hit a major snag and may not be able to make the move when we planned to but I don't want to hold back on submitting the ITA (last bit of info to be delivered this coming Monday!) because we'll have to start all over again with polic checks, etc.
Any insight, advice or reassurance would be most welcome. I can call the American marketing guy in two days but that is too long to wait.
