Hi,

can anyone please tell me if this is possible....

I had submitted my EOI in India that has been selected and decision succesfull is pending (fingers crossed!:o)

Is it possible for me to submit my ITA in NZ..i mean if Im there on a visitor's visa?? or do I have to submit it in India (which means at least 24 months for the final decision) yup! you heared me right, its 24 months!!!!

Not sure of ITA submissiong on a visitor visa but if you can apply and get a job in NZ, that will definitely cut short the 24 months to fewer months. But do keep your contact details updated with NZIS.

iNZ website is quite confusing...at one place they say its not advisable to apply for residence if you are on a visitor visa and another place they say "may be you like NZ so much that you want to extend your stay and apply for residence"..in this case they MAY extend the visitor permit..

not sure what to do :uhoh
