Hello all,

I just received my approval in principle by email for my Family Stream (partner) application. Not at all shoddy timing :-) (see my signature) As with others on here, first time I heard from my CO was the approval.

Thanks to all on here for the helpful threads, we clearly included the right evidence in my application!

Now to book one way flights, who's cheapest at the moment? Travelling start October..or are we better off to book long returns and use the remaining half for a trip back to the UK sometime?

congratulations, i would say that if you intend to visit UK within a year or so get a return as the difference between one way and return is very little, also you may be able to get an "open return" which would give you a bit more flexibility about your return date.
