Hi everybody, I think we finally have everything sorted to apply for a work permit, my wife got a permanent position in the winery she worked trough vintage here in Blenheim, she has a WHV and I'm on a visitors permit until September.
Now my question, I'm applying as a partner under her work permit. Should I send everything together to Christchurch office? or do I have to wait for her permit and then apply? I haven't been working for a few months now and I can't be more bored... we have been together for 10 years and we are legally married, I don't expect issues on that field...
Anyone has done something similar??? I know that it could be issues on the approval of the permit for her, but I'm hoping that since its for food technician in the wine industry it'll be ok.
