Our house has been on the market since 1st March with not one sniff of interest. Out of the blue on Thursday we got a telephone call and had a viewing yesterday .... then this morning we received another telephone call for a viewing later this week.
You wait and wait, and then they come at once. Keep 'em rolling ....
Fingers crossed. All we need now is for the NZIS process to get a little wiggle on: still progressing v........e.......r........y.. slowly.
