do you have a job offer?

with a job offer and a smooth application (ie no medical issues or extra proofs required) you might be ok by October.

but I'd say without a job offer - maybe a bit ambitious to have your PR in time. we had to wait nearly 4 months for a case officer to contact us after we handed in our ITA (without a job offer)
