Hi All,

we have lodged our ITA on 27/05/09 and my wife is 20 weeks pregnant as of this date. we are on 24 months work visa expiring on 08/07/2010.

Any one out there has any idea if Pregnancy makes any issue in the process of our residence application.

we have read that it is an issue for temporary permit applications as it constitues of having an unacceptable health conditions but i am not sure if it is also the case for residency application.

has anyone applied PR while pregnant and got it approved

Yep no problems at all, we came out when I was 20 weeks pregnant, no
x-rays which saved a few £'s, no questions asked really just a medical

me too. i applied while pregnant on a work permit and got residence without issue.
