All, I have an apartment standing empty in Christchurch's CBD. On November 27th, I'll be taking up residency there when I return to New Zealand but in the mean time, it might serve well for new folks just arriving in the Christchurch area and needing a place to stay until they can look around and see where they want to actually rent of buy long term.
