I agree often the jobs say $1 an hour on their site I think it's a blip. BUT warning some employers on their are after someone as cheap as they can get. Try googling the job title, the location and see if a company website with their own careers job page comes up.

could be this one just call the number and they will tell you who it is and do some research on them
