If you want stop overs, contact the Air New Zealand office by phone and explain and they should still give you the discount - happened to a friend of mine a few days ago!

Woohoo, thank you so much! I phoned and they say a glitch in the system doesn't allow you to book on-line with stopovers, however they will give you the 25% off if you book it over the phone, at no extra charge.
