Hi there!
I am a researcher for the Migration Research Group at the University of Waikato.
Currently we are involved in the 'Integration of Immigrants Programme' with Massey University, Albany that aims to better understand the way that immigrant employees and business owners utilise their skills and experience as they settle in New Zealand. The aim of the reserach is to help better inform policies that support and encourage migrant employees and businesses in this country.
At the moment we are looking for business owners from the United Kingdom and South Africa to participate in the study. The criteria for participants is that they have obtained their permenant residence in 2000 or later, are GST registered and have at least one employee.
Participation involves one informal interview lasting under an hour with all anwers remaining anonymous.
