I've heard people mention getting transformers for their electrical gear.
I know that both NZ and UK have 240 v so are these required, or is it just the US that needs them?

Hi Radders, it's as you suggest. U.K. equipment has no need for a transformer. U.S. equipment does.

Douglas is right (as usual). UK folks will be able to use all of their electrical equipment...but not Americans :wah It's kind of our punishment for being such jerks and inventing things that were different just so they weren't like the English! :roll: Kind of like the subtle differences between the English and French. :laugh

All our UK cousins will need are outlet adapters to fit NZ mains...lucky dogs! :yes
