well I cant believe the time is actually here!!We fly next friday and the packers come on Monday!OH and I have been franticlly trying to get everything sorted and cleaned with a few minor mishaps of overturned bottles of jeyes fluid seeping into the kitchen counter and making us gag from the smell- we seem to be doing ok. We still havent sold off our bits of furniture we arent taking but finallly sold the car yesterday:raebanana. The little guy seems to know somethnig is up nd has been quite clingy and refusing his midday sleep, which leaves him even more grumpy- weve also made the decision to not give him any drugs for the flight just rescue remedy - anyone else done this and made it out alive :D?? having our farewell party on wednesday and then were off!! looking forward to meeting you on the other side!:cheers

We are a little behind you on the timeline with our arrival in 18 days. Good luck to you. It is a bit surreal isn't it? Getting excited, nervous, and every other emotion too.:o

How old is small person? Whatever age, I'd still say you're right not to go for medicating him (personal view, I know). You might also need some Rescue Remedy for yourselves, though. ;)

Hiya All,
We have shippers in Tuesday & Wednesday and we fly Thursday.
House is bedlam and stuff everywhere (even though we have de-cluttered twice!) So why am I on ENZ?! Lots to do, so little time but my obsession with ENZ is still alive and kicking! :nice1
Emotions all over the place-hyper one minute and sobbing the next but I suppose that is to be expected.
Must go now 1001 things to do!! :exit

Our grandson came from NZ to the UK at 23 months (and went back at 2 yrs, come to think of it!), with just the refuelling stop at HK, no medication. The parents took it in turns talking to him, playing with him and taking him for walks round the plane, and said the Air NZ cabin crew were lovely with him - really positively helpful, and talked to him every time they came by. Hope you have a similarly good experience. +++++++++++++++
