So far so good Capt! Easy peasy, no hassle, friendly, cheapest quote by far and they reply to any queries I have by email v. promptly. We dealt with the Brighton office - I guess that different offices may respond differently but on the whole we're very satisfied with their service to date.

Am about to start dealing with NZ Vanlines (who they use at this end) - will keep you posted re them. :nice1
