Hi everyone. I've finally arrived in Welly, Paraparaumu actually, on the Kapiti coast. I planned to stay in Barnacles Youth Hostel for a few days and then get a flatshare until I can get a job offer and then visa... Then the better half and kids can come too.
I've decided to abandon the flatshare, as I really like this place. The owners are very sociable and helpful, and there's plenty of people passing through, which help to relieve the boredom! It's just over the road from the beach. The bus service runs about every 30 minutes, and synch's with the train service to Welly
Well if anyone fancy's a cuppa please get in touch.
