Morning all!
Me and the missus are off for our medicals tomorrow. We have 3 children who are coming with us aged 9,7 and 5. Do they need to fill in medical forms as well? I know that they don't need xrays.

Our 9 year old son did need a medical. But no x-ray, and no blood tests.

Did your kids have to have a form filled in?

We have a 6 year old, will we have to get a form done for him?

Yeah - every person having a medical will have to have a complete set of forms filled in for them - plus a passport size photo pinned to it. No x-rays for under 15's.
