Please advice - very tense and worried

Hi,

I think i have made a big midtake. I have signed on a blank/incomplete tenancy bond refund form.

I know it's really foolish but i signed out of trust. Im really not sure if i can trust the person but she sounded quite nice at the time, actually she's the agent through whom i rented the tenancy and she was acting as the mediator between me and the landlord and so i signed out of trust.

This happened yesterday i.e. saturday, so the bond still might not have reached the Housing and building department yet.

What can happen at the maximum? Can anything be done?

There is more to this issue and it might take up a lot of time and space to write it all here, but at the moment what i'm worried about is what will happen at the maximum.

Please advice if you have any knowledge about the issue.

Can only the maximum bond money be claimed or is it possible that they might add claims beyond that as well?

Sorry, I can't answer your questions, but the housing dept has a free phone number to call, and they are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They should be able to properly advise you, (Have a google for their website, and the number is on there).
