We're just back from a trip to the UK. We flew Singapore Airline and booked BA add on's to get north, through Singapore so we had a through ticket.
Have to say we had some problems with the add ons. Not least BA trying to charge us £32 as we had four bags not three we wanted to check in. So beware, the new policy is one bag per person, up to 20kg I think. If you have two bags of 10kg, they will charge you.
I won't say any more about the BA service as I don't want to cause ENZ any issues. Just that we won't fly them again.
