Hi,
anyone know of any tramping/camping shops in the Auckland area?

We'd like to buy a few of those fabric folding camping chairs, a gas cooker etc. when we arrive.

Tried having a look on the net, but cant really find anything. :roll:

I know you can get the folding chairs in the Warehouse, prob alot cheaper than in a specialist shop too - I bet you can get the camping stoves there too as they have a "camping" section :nice1

You could try Khatmandu in Queens St, or pack and pedal in Newmarket, I'm sure there are plenty more outdoor shops, just can't think of any at the mo

K Mart also do folding chairs and camping gear. Not sure whether they are in Auckland tho.
