It has been a fair old rollercoaster trying to sell from the other side of the world especially when renting it out all went pear shaped at the end of last year. But we made it!! :cool

Good for you. Sold at the right time too, lots of houses in this area up for sale at the moment and quite a few being repossessed on the new 'reinwood manor' estate!

Our neighbours house is up for sale and they have had very few viewings at the moment - (perhaps the fact that Kev keeps revving his machines up out there when he doesn't like the look of some of the prospective neighbours, isn't helping!!!!!!!) :exit

Only joking really! They probably don't like the look of us!!!!

Anyway good for you a few more notes in the bank will help you feel more secure out there!

Thanks everyone for you replies.

I must say that our solicitor was great. We never spoke to her once, all our communications were done by e-mail and by post or fax where necessary. We e-mailed her the day of the completion and we had a reply in less than a minute!! Can't get better than that!

I have just started spending the money by purchasing a breadmaker!! Not sure if it was a good buy or not, but I guess at $99 reduced from $179 you can't go that wrong.

Off to do some baking :exit
