Well, we're here, we're connected, we've bought a car and once it stops raining and the jetlag wears off we're off exploring!!!

Thanks for your kind comments Nicky.... not bad considering we were dead on our feet, smelt like 3 days with no shower and hairstyles to match!!! You're a complete star and WHAT a welcome (hey everyone, I got FLOWERS :P ), we got a tour (more about Diamond Harbor / Lyttelton later :? ) and we were chauffered to our temporary apartment which is also fab and a GREAT location!!! I am sure it will be even greater once the rain / cloud goes away (did I mention the rain yet?!!! :laugh ).

I'm off to catch up on posts and, providing I don't fall asleep in my takeaway curry, will be posting later this evening!!!

ah but today, The sun is shining and it looks set to warm right up again. the rollershutter doors were warm to the touch when I opened up this morning, and no wind and that was at 7.20am. looks good.
