Sorry if this has been discussed - but WHEN we go and live in NZ and my inlaws come and visit (and eventually live) does anyone know how long they can be out of the country before they risk losing their Disability Benefit or Incapacity Benefit.

And also - if they come and live in NZ - will they still be entitled to a pension (a UK one that is).

And also - will they still be able to continue to be paid their (albiet small) private pension (which they get now).????

Soo many questions!!!!

If it's like child allowance ,it will be around 4 /6 weeks.
And the answer to your other questions is "yes" . I believe you can recieve pensions in other countries ,if you reside there.
Be aware ,these are not linked to inflation like the UK ones. Some Pensioners took the UK goverment to court on this one. Private one i guess will have it's own rules.

All the best
