Hi there,

We are sending our ITA in the next 2 weeks and I have some questions regarding all the documents we have to send over to NZIS. What is the covering letter and what should this letter include? Also, how do you pack your documents: do you have one set with the originals and one set with the copies or do you place each copy of a document just after its original version? My intention is then to wrap everything together between sheets of stiff cardboard.
I suppose some of you have sent their ITA packages and I will be delighted if somebody could come back to me. Thanks beforehand.
Cheers,

ooh yes, good luck. We're sending ours off at the end of this week too and have been wondering about packaging. Can't wait to get that off, but then there's the waiting, isn't there...

Hello

Our letter just gave a brief description of what area we planned to go to, with a couple of headings in areas we felt needed further clarification with one paragraph in explanation. As we found that, even though there is loads of paperwork, some things needed a little more than just enclosures.

We put each section in a separate A4 envelope (not plastic wallet) and wrote on each envelope what was enclosed. We included copies behind each original.

I think we all have our own way of doing these things, this was just how we did it. The only thing further we have had to provide is the NZQA assessment of Keith's qualifications, which we are still - patiently - waiting for :uhoh

Good Luck with your ITA, let us know how you get on, from this point onwards is when your patience begins to be really tested
