Well the first week has come and gone and we feel as if we have been here much longer, a really productive day today as we have found a house to rent in Rangiora, found a school and Andy has been offered a job all in the space of about half an hour!! So we spent a lovely afternoon with Andy and Mandy who was a great help showing us round the school.

All in all everything seems to be going well, thks to everyone for their support this first week especially Pete and Veronica.

Thanks for the post. Glad everything's going well. We're fairly new to the forum and it's always really good to hear a success story. We're hopefully moving out to Chc in a few months' time with young children, so will be very interested to hear how everything goes - especially with the school - we're thinking about Rangiora too.
