Hi

Our EOI has been accepted. Having some difficulties in securing documents related to my time spent contracting. The recruitment agency has removed my details from their database. I have contacted NZIS but have not had any tangible response. I don't know who my case officer is. When do we get a case officer allocated?

Has anyone experienced this as well? I am nervous not knowing what to do. Need some guidance and support.

My hubby was contracting too - we gave NZIS copies of all his contracts and some references that we'd kept or obtained during the EOI process.
This was good enough for our application.

Is your recruitment agency being lazy? Surely they have back ups of their dbase somewhere?

Hi Vivek,

We submitted our ITA 2 weeks ago and still don't have a CO (not that we know of anyway :? ) We have no job offer but if you have a job offer you should be allocated a CO as soon as you are invited to apply (receive ITA)

It was over three years ago, and the requirements may have changed since, but I just provided copies of the contracts, not even references from the places I'd worked at on contract.

From submitting our application to hearing that we had been accepted took five days, so they seemed to be happy with this.
