Ok, time is getting near.... early Sept, hopefully!! :yes Trying to make decisions over who to ship our pets with, so looking for your recommendations! :nice1

We went with Golden arrow after reading many glowing reports on the forums. Lucky arrived safe and well, and very very happy to see us.
I actually took him over to Shropshire myself and met a couple of the folks, they were very friendly, and its a beautiful spot the dogs get to spend a few days in, small farm cottage with a lake view. I think there were 7 other kennels, not sure how many cats "pens" they had. They are a small operation, which means they actually bother to get to know your pets name etc, and as they take them 4 days before flight as a minimum, thats important.
BUT they take them to Manchester to start their flight, not Heathrow, not sure if thats important to you.
