Hi

We are off to the Christchurch Boat Show at the weekend. Staying at a fab hotel with a bath - yippee! Our rental has only a shower and it's been four months.......gulp.

Hoping to try one or two good Indian curry restaurants and desperately hoping for a decent curry. Missing UK curries SOooooooo much!

Any recommendations guys?

Haven't been for ages, but I keep hearing (from different people) good things about Two Fat Indians in Manchester St.

Indian Sumner in Sumner is also very good, but v small - you have to book - and possibly a bit out of town if you're staying in style.

Little India - we enjoyed our first meal there about 2 years ago and each time we've been back or had a t/away it seems to have gotten a little worse. We went to the Sumner one a couple of weeks ago and decided that we would probably never go back - nothing really shocking but unfortunately nothing to commend it either.
