Have just been informed of our new rates - seems they are being revised throughout most of Chch for the coming year.

Not too bad a hike for most areas by all accounts - ours is going up to $1064 / yr from $996.

What about other forumites - what has your rate rise / fall been like?

Although, having said that, we're paying $100 MORE than our neighbours each year :wah :wah

If you can't get the 2006 bit to work (and neither could I) what you are seeing is last year and this year, so the higher figure is what you should be paying now rather than what it is going up to (I think). When available the 2006 figure will show what the increase for next year is to be (I think).

Well it has been working - promise!!

May have something to do with the fact that 2moro is 1st July when the new year starts. Might be being uploaded or something.

Ours showed an increase of $150.00 when I looked last week.
