Sorry guys ...... so much been happening I kind forgot to mention the house. :roll:

Spoke to the solicitor last week and she says that it looks pretty certain that buyer number 2 is going to have it.

Due to time difference and the fact that the solicitor doesn't work on a Monday it's going to be at least another 36 hours before we find out for sure.

Funny really, so much to do this end that we've kind of stopped fretting so much about the house sale.
