Prices for Xrays & medicals seem to have gone up a lot.
1 Harley Street have quoted the following prices for both.
Adult (15 years+) £210
Child (11 to 14 years) £140
Childer 5 to 10 years) £80
Childer (4 years and under) £40
So for 2 adults, a 10 year old and a 12 year old, price will be £640 :eek
Anyone know of any cheaper ones in London, Essex Herts or Kent?

Hi Curtis
Wow that's a bit steep. We live on the West Sussex, Surrey border and went to Chichester St Richards for our x rays and the local panel doc. X rays £60 each and medicals inc blood test £110 each. That was last week.
I didn't realise there would different charges all over DOH!! So I never thought of ringing round......
Westgate surgery in Chichester were very friendly and helpful, a pleasant place. :yes
Not much help to you geographically, might help on the cost.

That does seem pretty steep! We had ours done in Huddersfield last month and for 2 adults and 2 children (even given that our children are younger than yours) it came to a total of £320 including paying for having the completed forms sent back special delivery.
Could you not arrange a trip Up North to get them done??

Had our medicals on Tuesday, all went well, Dr Stanley rushed us through in 1 hour. He even brought the price down a little for my 12 year old daughter as we were quoted £170 same as the adult price, however she did not need the blood test so he only charged £120 for her. Total for the family was £530. He gave us our chest xrays and said the medicals should be posted to us by end next week once blood test results come back. :nice1
