Now I'm in Holland, so we need to call a different number and it will probably cost more even then the 1 pound a minute that is stated on the website, but when I use the number I have (44 1344716199), I get a disconnected tone??? :uhoh

Just read on the website they work from 10 AM till 3.45 PM, what a life eh, would they disconnect the phone out of office hours? :no

Need to call them, because they forgot to add the english language leaflet to our ITA and they mixed up the kids names, now they want a medical report on the wrong kid :?

It looks awful on the TV. I was due to take our application up to NZ house today and hadn't left the house yet.

I can't check the number for you since I am at work right now, but it looks like the correct one. I did not have probs getting through, it only takes ages before you actually reach somebody.
