Anyone from Malaysia using KC Dat to move your stuff please look elsewhere. We are having so much problems with them. Prior to the move, they were excellent but the moment they packed up the container, we had nothing but problems.
First they gave us the wrong estimate! We still have 4 boxes at their warehosue because it would not fit into the container!
Next they gave us the wrong vessel name and the container arrived 2 weeks later than they told us. Had problems trying to identify where our container was exactly. One ship after another, finally managed to track it down.
Now the latest is that they seem to have a payment dispute with their NZ counterpart Allied Movers and the NZ agent is holding our container in the port.
We have just spent hours on the phone with the agent in Malaysia but getting no where!
