We are renting this property. It is a 3 bedroom, the main bedroom is very large with an en-suite and walk in wardrobe, with french doors out to the garden.
A very large kitchen and seperate dining area, which has french doors leading out to a very large sunny decked area.
A wash room, two bathrooms(one with a spa bath), two toilets and a double garage. Plenty of storage cupboards.

We are paying $380 a week.

I thought I would post this as an idea for everyone en route.
There is a lake at the back of us and the ducks spill out over peoples driveways.

Is it furnished or unfurnished?

We have a tattier unfurnished rental at $380 but it is north-facing, has 5 beds, a large living area, double garage and an acre of garden and orange trees.

Its unfurnished. We do have a lemon tree and a few chilli ones too. :nice1
