KEEP IT CLEAN!!!
My OH is paraniod that if the estate agent finds out that we plan to emigrate they will sh.. on us. He has theory that estate agents think a secret is somthing you can only tell 1 person at a time and if the agent tells the possible buyer that we are planning to emigrate then the buyer will offer a lower price because we are 'desperate' to sell and moving out of the competative UK market.
All this secret squirel stuff causes me stress so I thought I would ask your oppinion in a poll.
(Also I've never done a poll before so thought I would give it a go.)
Plan to put the house on the market end Aug if I ever get it clean in time :uhoh

this was really difficult. We intially told our estate agents we were relocating to Blackburn!!! (hubbies job is there).

And he kept going on about NZ and why don;t we just 'go for it'. We had told him that we had just got back from holiday there. I think he had an inkling anyway. So the 2nd time he came round we were honest but told him that we did not under any circumstances want our buyers to know.

Buyers to know!!!! jeeze if I could only get viewers :roll:
