Just checked the NZIS website this morning and our status has changed from Selected (from Pool) to Decision Successful! :clap

Hubby will be so stoked when he gets home tonight! This calls for a celebration!

Congratulations Cat! We're working on our ITA now. Fingerprinted last night at the local police precinct, passport pictures tonight and exams for all of us within the next two weeks. Sticky part will be getting the letter from DH's employer. He's not sure how to go about it.

You may not need a letter from the employer. I used tax documents, copies of performance evaluations, and offer letters and they worked fine. I also did not want to let people in on this too early.

We have copies of his paystubs, originals of the past five years of his compensation summary (raise and bonus), last two years profit sharing & match awards but that's it. I can't locate his original offer letter and will have to check if he can get copies of his past reviews. This is our only ITA hurdle right now.
