Mark's just rung to say the woman who viewed our house this morning is 'very interested' and wants a second viewing Monday or Tuesday!! And the guy who saw it on Wednesday is also interested and is going to come back for a second viewing. Wow, after an initial bad start (4 out of 6 booked viewings were no-shows!! And the other 2 weren't really interested although both said they really liked it) - we seem to be off and running. The one from today is 'under offer' in her house with her buyers keen to be in and we've got another viewing tomorrow.

I know it's not even an offer yet but wow, things are happening.

And we have two removal companies coming to quote in the next two weeks (Curtiss and Sons, and PSS). Maybe we'll get to NZ this year! :eek Someone pinch me.

Does Yapjack using net2phone card work in NZ? I am using it a lot now here in Saudi Arabia to call my kins in the Philippines via landline or mobile phone. It is cheap and works like an ordinary phone. It would be big help in cutting phone bills.
