I will be moving to New Zealand in November and have been investigating Trans-Tasman lenders who will recognise the equity in my Australian house as well as lend an additional sum in NZD to purchase a New Zealand house before we arrive.
As these lenders do seem to be a bit niche and obscure (but flexible and promising in comparison to the major banks!) I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with Trans-Tasman loans / lenders that they could share?????
Alternatively, how have others dealt with this challenge (I would prefer to buy before we arrive)????
