We went to a couple of these sorts of things before coming here - though not by the same company.

We found in hindsight that much of the info we got was not in fact "quite true" when we got here - especially relating to cost of living, and jobs. I think thye are worth going to - and bear in mind the situation with migration has changed sincxe we came through the process - but I would advise double checking all information that they give you.

I know it sounds cynical - but it is in thier interest to persuade you that everything is rosy.

Perhaps bearing in mind what Avalon said, this is some kind of omen????
