Departure Lounge
Fri 5 Aug, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm 60mins

Nick Knowles presents the new travel show with no surcharges, no delays and no hidden extras.

This week reporter Angellica Bell goes by big orange boat to the French Riveria. Does EasyCruise live up to its name?

Resident travel expert Simon Calder is challenged to perk up the Coles family's two weeks in the sun - will he wow a a family of nine in Corfu?

The woman from the Met Office, Carol Kirkwood, comes face to face with the most extreme weather she's ever seen as she crosses five US states on a holiday chasing tornadoes.

Direct from The Apprentice, shameless ligger Saira Khan takes up this week's celebrity challenge - will her £500 clock up enough miles to get her to the top of the leader board?

And Nick's in New Zealand, where his tour guide is a woman who should know her country better than anyone else - the Prime Minister, Helen Clark.

I wouldnt go as far as to call that a tour really. But, Queenstown looked stunning.
Just a shame Nick didnt get to show us the rest of the country. :?

Saw it too here in the Netherlands. I had also hoped that they would have showed a bit more, but that picnic up in the mountains overlooking Queenstown was amazing! Great camera work as well, it showed the scenery in a magnificent way. Made me wish I was there :wah

Sigh...me too...esp with (house)viewers coming in an hour...ackkkk!!

Second time around is NOT easier! I think I have seen every corner of the house by now!

Ingrid you will be there in november won't you? Any possibility you can see the real thing (i.e. Queenstown) then?

I think I need another Kiwi Royal ;)

Nope, I'll only visit the North Island. Those Kiwi Royals were yummie, weren't they? You should have asked Remy for the recipe, so that you can make them for your farewell party.

Good luck with the viewers.
