Is this about right?

£80 each for the medical.

£40 each for x-rays

£20 each for blood tests

And I've got to bring the forms?? He's having a bloody Giraffe isn't he? Knew I should have paid more attention in Biology, might have had that black Series 7 by now!

Actually - that's pretty reasonable compared to what some folks have paid.

I used a clinic in Birmingham which worked out slightly cheaper than that - let me know if you want the details.

It IS a small price to pay actually .... not only does it mean you're well on your way to NZ - it also means that you've had a personal MOT leaving you feeling much better about yourself. Well ..... it made me feel more relaxed about my health anyway - clear x-ray, clear blood tests, good blood pressure, weight ..............quickly changes subject .... :oops:

Yes Diny - totally agree - before the medicals I was really worrying (being an overweight smoker and all that :oops: ) so I was pleased that I was all clear - at least it means I can do something about it ;) before the rot sets in LOL
