Hi,

yesterday, after 7 weeks have received the report from NZQA with max. points achievable.

I hereby pass my experiences on for those who have to make a NZQA assessment.

Certifications:
Was free at our municipal authority (this is different depending on town/commune!) I would warn against other certifications (church, acquaintances etc.).

Translations:
For the translation I didn't have to present any original documents. At present, the certified copies suffice!
Is important to check the translations in any case. My change requests have been made without complaint.

Costs economize:
I have received certificates from all former employers for the proof of work experience in English. No reference from the employer needs with that to be translated.

Expiry:
In case of questions in the front-end I had to notice that there are clerks who not at all like to answer questions. Please ask questions to sandra.williams@nzqa.govt.nz which was always very helpful. The real assessment is carried out by a Qualifications Evaluator. E-mail contact with him wasn't possible. It was informed about to me upon receipt of the documents that the education institutes are contacted if there still are questions. Passed one doesn't receive information about this if this.
Who waits for his result for that is 4 months can be sure that questions of the NZQA weren't answered. However, who doesn't know asked one was?
Tip: Calling all universities or schools before and making sure that the Evaluator gets an answer (was the case with me).

I have sent out and got back in good condition the original documents by DHL (mail). The complete assessment approx. 770. has me so that, cost NZ $.

And was successful without advisers.

I hope the information is helpful.

Regards
