Before my return from a visit from NZ last year ,someone suggested i try some homeopathic tablets called "Nojet lag".These tablets actually worked . I got them form a chemist in NZ ,but have seen them over here (uk). If you are worried about Jet lag ,they are well worth a go . I am sure you can buy them over the net, and are safe for tiddlers.
Best of luck all Chips.

There's nothing like a Nytol (or unisom if you go by LA) and a couple of large Brandies to get you through a flight. :yes

One question though, we are doing the trip via Hong Kong this time round, (I won't go into the horror of a 9 hour standby in LAX which has put me off that route for good). Are the effects of Jet Lag different this way round? Better or worse?

Flying east is DEFINITELY worse :( :( I've never suffered jet lag quite like what we had here - it took a week to get right back to normal - and then you have to factor in any stress you are under which knocks you back too...
