On the blue bar at the top of the forum, you should be able to see Calendar.
If you have an event coming up, such as a meet in your home country or in New Zealand, (or any other event of interest to forum members) you can schedule this event to appear in the calendar.
You'll also see birthdays on the calendar - and at the bottom of the home page of the forum (happy birthday kiwidebs :cheers ).
You can add your own birthday by clicking on User Control Panel (User CP) at the top left. This takes you to your own CP. Once there click on Edit Profile on the left. If you want to keep your age to yourself, you don't need to enter the year.
