Hubby has to go back to the Uk next week. It will end up being a long weekend with the included 3 days travelling.
He needs to be compusmentus by the second day after he gets there, so I seem to remember reading about something that you can take as it helps in the recovery period. Unfortunately I have done a search and cant seem to find it.
Can anyone remember the name of the said item?????
Thanks in advance :nice1

Melatonin mimics the natural sleep pattern. You take it about half an hour before you want to sleep.
I got mine in singampore as it is not available over the counter in the UK. Dont know if ts available in NZ.
I have to say - it really worked for me - I was even able to sleep on the plane.
