Today (for the second time) we have been told that we cannot exchange contracts tomorrow due to the ineptitude of the solicitor at the bottom of the chain who has just discovered that there are some questions he forgot to ask!! I ask you :( There are only our buyers and their (first time) buyers in the chain - how complicated can it be.

I am frustrated to the point of tears. http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/traurig/sad-smiley-001.gif The shippers and dog transport have been moved again but I just feel in limbo. We have not enrolled the children in school here because we were originally supposed to complete before the end of the holiday - knowing my luck we'll get arrested for letting them miss school. I'm soooooo fed up.

This time they've managed to get our names right on the front, but not on the back...

I would just cry if i were you, you will feel better then. when you have completed send the solicitor a letter telling him how useless he is!

Nessie - I feel for you. You must be so fed up, as there is nothing you can do to correct up other people's incompetence. The only crumb of comfort I can offer is that it is still going ahead, and you can see light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm frustrated for you. Is there anyway you can rant to them. It may get things moving but will make you feel better.

Try the 'kids out of school' emotional blackmail with them.
