Well folks, if the website is telling the truth, than my EOI status has been changed to decision successful as of today. My case officer called me to clarify a few things and he said my past work experience (besides 2 years) was not relevant to my EOI. I "grew some" and argued (politely) that I could not do my current job without my computer experience. He changed me to successful before I had a chance to email him the proof. How cool is that?

What are the chances of flopping after this point?

Congratulations Mechidna.:clap

I have often wondered how many people actually flop after they have got to ITA stage??? Anyone???

To be honest, as long as you can now prove (with relevant paperwork) that what you claimed in your EOI is true, and your meds and police (FBI) checks come back okay, then it's pretty straightforward :yes - congrats :cheers

Thanks for the congrats!

I'm assuming that getting past the EOI is the major portion of the battle. I'm very, very glad that I argued a bit.

As for my meds, well they expired at the end of July. My police records are so clean that I'm sure they were yawning while stamping my card as "no record".

Now all I need to do is come up with money for quarantine and the ITA. Sure, no problem...
