Useful info. I notice London is 3rd highest on cost of living, Auckland 69th. Quality of life, I suspect, would see a reversal in positions.
Cardiff, of course, didn't even make it on the list!

That list is a bit odd- it's got St. Louis and Detriot above Seattle. If you've ever looked at real estate in these cities, you'll know that something is really wrong here.
It seems so hard to rank between countries, kind of like apples and oranges.

It seems so hard to rank between countries, kind of like apples and oranges.Yes, it doesn't seem to specify what the cost of living is based on. I assume it's linked to average spend versus average wage, so although real estate may be higher in some areas, if the average wage in that area is correspondingly higher, then cost of living may not be deemed higher.
Even I'm confused by that last statement. :confused:
