Hi Guys,

We just received the e-mail from London that we are Approved in Principle! Our timing is in the signature block below if you're curious about how long everything took.

The house has been on the market for a little over a week. Not under contract yet, but hopefully soon. We'll probably head out to Wellington in mid-October. Time to start looking for jobs!

Thanks for all the help and information this forum has provided - this is clearly the most useful source of information I have found in trying to make it through this process.
